Oasis Therapy
Therapy for Relationship Issues
Relationships can be our greatest source of connection, comfort, and belonging.
They can also be incredibly messy, confusing, painful and overwhelming.
Whether it’s the intimacy that never quite clicks, the arguments that go round in circles, or the sinking feeling that you always end up in the same kind of dynamic — you’re not alone.
At Oasis Therapy, I offer individual counselling for adults who want to better understand their relationship patterns and start showing up in them with more clarity, courage and care.

Connection Matters — With or Without a Partner
Most of my clients come to therapy alone, but with their relationships front and centre in their hearts and minds.
Maybe you’re trying to repair something. Maybe you’re recovering from something. Maybe you just want to learn how to relate more securely, more authentically, or more safely.
In our work together, we can explore how your past experiences and early attachments may be shaping your current connections — and how you can gently begin to shift that.

A trauma-informed, relational approach
I work in a way that’s both relational and trauma-informed — which means we’ll explore how your past relationships and experiences might be influencing how you connect today, without blame or judgement.
Together, we’ll look at the protective patterns you’ve developed — the ones that helped you cope — and gently make space for new ways of relating, whether that means building trust, setting firmer boundaries, or getting clarity on what you need.
Sessions take place either online or in-person from my peaceful therapy suite on Bird-in-Eye Farm, just outside Uckfield. It’s a calm, quiet space — a little tucked away from the rush of things — where you can take a breath and be yourself.
