Oasis Therapy
Therapy for Relationship Issues

Relationships can be our greatest source of comfort, connection, and joy — and also the place where we feel most lost, hurt, or unseen.
Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, feel distant from your partner, or struggle to express what you really need. Perhaps you long for closeness but fear being vulnerable, or you’re tired of walking on eggshells.
At Oasis Therapy, I offer one-to-one counselling for adults who want to make sense of their relationship dynamics — past and present — and start showing up with more clarity, courage, and compassion.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, so you can build relationships that feel more balanced, authentic, and nourishing.

Connection Matters — With or Without a Partner
Most of my clients come to therapy alone, but with their relationships firmly on their minds — whether that’s a partner, an ex, a family member, or the struggle to find real connection at all.
Maybe you’re trying to repair something. Maybe you’re recovering from something. Or maybe you just want to understand yourself better — to relate with more honesty, confidence, and ease.
In our work together, we’ll look at how your early attachments and past experiences may still be shaping the way you connect today — and how to gently shift those patterns so you can build relationships that feel safer and more fulfilling.

A trauma-informed, relational approach
My approach is both relational and trauma-informed — meaning we’ll explore how your past experiences and relationships may still shape the way you connect today, without blame or judgment.
Together, we’ll make sense of the protective patterns you’ve developed — the ones that once kept you safe — and begin creating space for new ways of relating. That might mean building trust, setting clearer boundaries, or getting to know what you truly need in relationships.
Sessions take place either online or in person from my peaceful therapy suite on Bird-in-Eye Farm, just outside Uckfield. It’s a calm, private space — tucked away from the rush of daily life — where you can take a breath, reflect, and simply be yourself.
