I check for any conflict of interest, review your expectations, and ensure I can support you.
If I’m not the best fit, I’ll always do my best to point you toward someone more suitable.

A 30-minute online or in-person introductory session to get a feel for how I work.
Once we have met we can agree on a session time and start date.
PRICES

INTRO SESSION £30
Once you have completed the registration form, you can choose what to do next.
We can arrange a quick phone call, at no cost, so you can ask any questions and speak to me, your therapist.
If you prefer to meet in person or virtually, I offer a 30-minute intro session for £30, either online or in my therapy suite, to see if we click. No pressure, no commitment, just a chance to meet.
After that, if you are happy to start, I will share my therapy agreement and we can check availability and start.
If it doesn't feel right for you, no problem! You can finish when you like.
1-HOUR SESSION £60
Rather than a standard “therapy hour” (50 minutes), our sessions run for a full 60 minutes and are priced at £60 per session.
The fee is the same whether we meet in person at my peaceful therapy room at Bird-in-Eye Farm in Uckfield, or online from the comfort of your own home.
Sessions are usually weekly, as consistency tends to support the therapeutic process. Some clients move to fortnightly, then eventually monthly, if clinically appropriate. We can explore what works best for you. Flex-booking is available by arrangement, depending on space.
Payment is kindly due in advance of each session.


1.5 HOUR SESSION £90
Sometimes, an hour just isn’t quite enough. If you’d like a little more space to explore, I offer 1.5-hour sessions at £90.
We can mix and match session lengths — for example, keeping most at 60 minutes but booking a longer one when you’re working through something particularly challenging. Sessions are usually weekly unless we’ve agreed on a flexi-plan that fits your life and my availability.
Just a gentle note: 1.5-hour sessions can be a deep dive. I’ll only suggest them if I feel they’ll genuinely serve you. Your safety and wellbeing are always at the centre of my work.
